'Do-its'.Need to find plastic holes with adhesive to afix to ripped hole on hanging bagged product. 'Do-its' ?

I hang bagged product on pegs in convenience stores. Sometimes the pre-punched hole will rip. A co-worker suggested 'do its', not found in any office supply store. She thought she purchased her's from an on-line store......Haglemeyer(?spelling?) I cannot find any such site. This item is plastic with a precut hole. Small item with adhesive to afix to bagged product over the ripped hole with a new hole to hang product with. Can you help me??? Pleeeeze?!!!! Not sure how large the pegs are but clear reinforcements should do the trick. Place one on each side of the package.
