Which adhesive can I use to seal a seam which has opened on my radiator? The material is plastic.?

Two-part epoxy glue....has to hold up under pressure.Which adhesive can I use to seal a seam which has opened on my radiator? The material is plastic.?
Use Araldite as a temporary repair - surface must be dry and try slightly roughening it with sand paper to give a good grip.Which adhesive can I use to seal a seam which has opened on my radiator? The material is plastic.?
I have just rescently found a miracle solution. A Hot Glue Gun and then put in a packet of Ce-Lit powdered solder
temporary measure but works, white of a egg. do not put the yoke in.if you want reliable replace it (radiator). there is several things you can poar in as well - rad weld ,etc . have a look in car accessory shop
I dought there is a permanent repair for it. Might be able to get you by until you can get a radiator but I wouldn't trust it as a permanent repair. There is a rubber seal under the plastic tank and it is crimped onto the radiator with little metal tabs. Would be difficult to get any kind of sealant in there.
my huband said try heat resistant arrowdite. hope that helps
A radiator specialist might be able to fix it, but any repair, either professional or DIY must be regarded as temporary. The real answer is replacement. You might get one from a breakers.
None, the proper repair is to replace the tank. There are no adhesives for that material that will stand up to the expansion and contraction that goes along with the heat and the cooling system has to pressurize to approximately 16 PSI to work correctly.
Silicone :)
