I'd guess a polyurethane glue, like Gorilla Glue (read the instructions though and have to follow them)... it sticks most anything to anything.
Otherwise you could try a tube glue that says it's ';for plastics,'; or a 2 part epoxy glue (longer setting ones are a bit stronger than shorter setting ones)... perhaps roughing up the area first.
