What takes off adhesive glue on plastic?

Goo Gone is a commercial brand for removing glue. Another thing that's supposed to work is rub some peanut butter into the adhesive and keep rubbing until it comes off. Good luck. What takes off adhesive glue on plastic?
The cheapest way is lighter fluid. Spread it on and it will come off like a piece of gum. What takes off adhesive glue on plastic?
I use WD40. After you use it, I recommend alcohol to get the WD40 off. Works great and its really cheap.
WD-40 works on most adhesives as well as Goof off.

If you decide to try either of these products, first test on a small inconspicious area to ensure the products I have recomended do not cause harm to the plastic.

Good Luck
